While all Björn’s Colorado Honey is raw to American standards, the Untouched Honey is raw to Björn’s standards. Extracted without any filtering, this honey includes pollen, beeswax, and occasionally propolis in each jar. Local pollens, when eaten in small amounts, can help prepare the body for allergy season. This honey is never pasteurized, heated or filtered and nothing is ever added or extracted. It’s what we call Untouched Honey.
